If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase, subject to the conditions and exclusions below:
￭All returned items must be in new condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the tags intact and attached.
￭Plus-size and dyed items are final sale, not acceptable for return or exchange.
￭Items which are altered after delivered are not acceptable for return or exchange.

Good news! YNS BRIDAL will offer $100 flat fee subsidy for return shipping, to help make your overall shopping experience with us more affordable. To return and get the shipping fee subsidy, the conditions stated above have to be met. You can get the returning fee subsidy only once.
￭Your return must be sent via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as Registered USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
￭If the return shipping fee is over $100, you will be responsible for any excess payment.
￭For defective or mis-shipped (item shipped was not item ordered) items, you will receive the total refund for return shipping fee.
Refunds & Processing for Returns
- Please email our customer service within 7 days after the item(s) is shipped. As soon as receiving your email, the customer service will send you the detailed information for returns.
- After reading the detailed information carefully, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as Registered USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt and the tracking information. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non- traceable method.
- Once received, your return will process in 5 to 7 business days. After inspecting and confirming the return, we will refund you. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notifying the completion of the refund. If you return an item in unacceptable condition, YNS BRIDAL reserves the right to refuse the return, and the merchandise will not be sent back to you.
Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to send orders quickly and efficiently. Processing begins as soon as an order has been placed. If you would like to change the order, please contact YNS BRIDAL within 24 hours after placing the order. Any changes of the order cannot be accepted after 24 hours. Shipping address cannot be accepted after 2 weeks.
Upon cancellation of an order, you will be charged a certain percentage of the total amount of original payment as listed below;
- For cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order: 0%
- For cancellation within 7 days after placing the order: 19%
- For cancellation after 8 days after placing the order: 49%
Once cancellation is processed, the production of the merchandise will never be resumed.
Items cannot be exchanged after delivered. Please follow the process for returning, subject to our Return Policy.
Defective or Mis-shipped Items
For defective or mis-shipped (item shipped was not item ordered) items, the issue must be reported to our customer service via email within 7 days after receiving shipment. Please attach photos of the damage, if possible.
Depending upon stock availability, we will attempt to replace defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items. If a replacement cannot be issued, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees for the item(s). For the handling fees, please send a PDF file or a picture showing the amount to YNS BRIDAL.
Refunds for the return shipping fee are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. You will receive the details about the return shipping method from YNS BRIDAL. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method.
